"OOFOS footwear is true to size. If you normally wear a whole size, order the same whole size of OOFOS. They have a medium-width footbed, but please keep in mind that everyone's feet are different and the sizing is not the same for everyone. I would go with the 8 and if they do not fit, you can always return or exchange in new condition. We hope this information helps!"
