"Comfort wearing the Aftershokz while also wearing a helmet will depend on the type of helmet and your own level of comfort. Aftershokz are designed to stay on your head while fitness training, therefore if you are having an aggressive workout then they should be fine."

"They do have a IP67 waterproof rating; however, it is not recommended for underwater swimming."
